What Will You Achieve?


As part of the
People & Culture team, you will play a strategic role in the success of Cegid Portugal by contributing to HR management excellence, particularly within the Technology teams (Product Management, Product Development, UX, DevOps, among others).


As an HR Business Partner, you will**:

  • Be the first HR point of contact for the
    Technology teams, providing support throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, training, career development, offboarding).
-
Collaborate closely with all leadership levels to understand business needs, team dynamics, and build together tailored strategies to enhance teams' success.

  • Coach managers on team leadership (e.g. engagement, development, team restructuring).

Implement HR processes/policies in the Cegid Portugal region, with the support of the corporate HR team.

  • Work closely with other HRBPs and HR Operations, to ensure a cohesive and positive people experience at the company.
  • Higher education in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of
    3 years
    of professional experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably in multinational and IT/Technology contexts**.
  • Experience in implementing/managing HR processes, preferably on Performance and Talent Management topics.
  • Strong
    analytical skills combined with a high level of engagement, drive, and autonomy.
  • Excellent communication, proactiveness, priority management and flexibility skills.
  • Advanced
    Excel.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written
    English (B2).
