In the position as HR Business Partner in Lousado (Portugal), you become part of our global R&D Tires organization, as well as the local HR Portugal team.
- Consulting and supporting managers and employees in R&D Tires Portugal in all personnelrelated matters;
- Taking care of all recruiting activities in the area of responsibility incl. salary negotiations and onboarding;
- Executing job evaluations and ensuring compensation changes for employees;
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring the entire personnel development process;
- Suggest innovative solutions and improvements for the HRM processes, promoting attraction, retention, development, commitment, engagement, and employee satisfaction;
- Cooperating with internal and external interfaces (workers' council, authorities, etc.);
- Collaborating on and implementing projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Sociology, Psychology, or similar qualification;
- Several years of work experience within Human Relations, ideally as an HR Business Partner, Recruiter, TMOD, or Employer Branding Specialist, in a multicultural environment;
- Knowledge of Labor Law (mandatory), Compensation systems is a plus;
- Experience in Talent Management and Change Management is a plus;
- High customer orientation and consulting skills;
- Professional working proficiency in English, German is a plus;
- Very good communication skills and independent working style.
