The Bosch unit in Braga belongs to the Automotive Electronics division and is focused on making the vehicles our third living space. The company supplies infotainment, display, connectivity and HMI solutions for passenger cars, trucks and two-wheelers. **Job Description**:
**Your contribution to something big**:

- Working within HR Service team, the HR Payroll Specialist supports payroll services and related processes, ensuring the monthly payroll cycle tasks using SAP system, performing complex day-to-day operational tasks to ensure a high-quality payroll outcome and solve any related issues in a timely and customer-oriented manner;
- During this cycle, the specialist makes sure that all Dutch legal obligations are met (example: Income Tax Declaration and Social Security Contributions) and specific processes and regulations are considered, all this while being compliant with Dutch Labor Law and the different Collective Agreements in place. With a clear focus on high-quality payroll standards, this specialist also conducts quality controls and mandatory checks.
- Works closely with HR Business Partners and other HR community members, not only ensuring that HR orders and requests are completed within the defined timelines, but also being a consultant in payroll related topics / processes. In this sense, the specialist also communicates and explain processes, procedures, and laws to associates.
- Within this role, the specialist collaborates with different partners to problem solve and improve processes, working in a very diverse environment with people from different parts of the world, can take part of HR, HR IT projects and processes design and improvement.

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- University Degree in Organizational Human Resources Management or other Social/ Management areas
- Experience in HR or administrative tasks, Time management and Payroll including income taxation and social security
- Good understanding of legal regulations
- Fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory);
- Dutch language can be a plus;
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, communication, customer oriented and organization;
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize task
- Work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Experience working with SAP HCM
