Your new role
Timely processing of personnel administration;
Responsible for the recruitment process;
Preparation of employment contracts and references;
Management of the time recording system;
Advising managers and employees on personnel issues;
Close cooperation with HR teams in other locations;
Accounting for expenses and payroll;
Collaboration in HR projects;
Other administrative tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
Higher education in Human Resources or other relevant field;
At least 3 years of work experience in a similar area of responsibility;
Very good written and spoken Portuguese and English skills ;
Socially competent and a team player;
Strong communication skills and independence;
Flexible and open-minded way of working.
