**Job description**:
The challenge we have for you is to be part of Internal IT, with the mission of ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction regarding the tools and services provided by Cegid.

**The challenges we have for you**

Positioned within the Internal IT Operations Management team, this role's mission is to ensure high levels of employee satisfaction regarding the equipment, tools, and services provided by Cegid.
- Perform Service Desk ticket management, including ticket creation, categorization, assignment, diagnosis, and escalation, ensuring quality record-keeping, follow-up, and compliance with SLAs.
- Ensure antivirus management, guaranteeing protection through the installation, proper functioning, and updating of all computers connected to the PRIMAVERA network.
- Safeguard the availability and quality of both internal and external phone communications.
- Ensure the assignment of access profiles to PRIMAVERA facilities.
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and their respective software.
- Provide support for 2nd level tasks, such as backup management or Active Directory activities.

**Profile**:

- Academic background in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in 1st-line support (Service Desk).
- Knowledge in Microsoft Technologies (Office365), Hardware Troubleshooting, Avaya Systems, and Antivirus.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in English (both in expression and comprehension).

Availability for maintenance tasks outside of regular working hours.
