ESG PROJECT MANAGER (JOB NUMBER: 2207CE11830)

**About the job**
- Working closely with the business teams to ensure a rigorous E&S extra-financial analysis for CIB clients and transactions, while contributing actively to the evolution of the ESG assessment framework within CIB.

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Coordinating with Group CSR, RISK and relevant Business teams the development and deployment of the ESG risk analysis framework in CIB, notably: ESG Assessment, CSR Sector Policies and the Equator Principles (EP).
- Proposing and/or managing team’s projects and initiatives addressing several topics, from governance issues to promoting and increasing operational efficiency.
- Contributing to ad-hoc transversal ESG-related project and initiatives, at CIB or Group level.
- Reviewing and opining on E&S sensitive transactions and clients.
- Mentoring and supporting the team's ESG Analysts during the environmental and social (E&S) due diligence for sensitive/complex transactions and clients
- Developing training materials and provide training sessions on ESG-related topics to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Research and deliver content on ESG initiatives within and outside the Bank, contributing to the team’s sector specialization path
- Represent CIB CSR in internal & external events, working groups and initiatives.
- Ensure the team establish, maintain and develop a network with other Functions and Business Lines.

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor’s in Business or Engeneering
- 5 to 8 years of experience in the Banking and Finance area
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Experience with Microsoft Office Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge on Sustainable development and CSR
- Ability to develop and leverage networks
- Ability to manage a project
- Ability to develop and adapt a process

**About the Team**
- CIB CSR A&A works in extension mode between Lisbon and Paris. The team is responsible for the implementation of the ESG assessment framework of clients within CIB.
