- **Cost Controller Analyst**

**Objetivo geral do trabalho**:
Desenvolver e implementar sistemas, processos e procedimentos de controle de custos. Analisar tendências, desempenho e variações de custos. Examinar a eficácia de custos das operações e recomendar soluções de redução de custos. Preparar e manter registros e relatórios de contabilidade de custos, monitorando e gerenciando os níveis de estoque e os custos associados.

**Principais responsabilidades**:

- Aprovar solicitações e pedidos de compras diariamente, alocando-os corretamente ao código WBS correspondente.
- Controlar, consolidar e relatar os custos relacionados aos pedidos de compras diariamente.
- Aprovar custos, como solicitações de viagem e de despesas, conforme e quando necessário.
- Consolidar e relatar as evidências exigidas pelo gerente técnico, quando solicitado.
- Controlar os custos e produzir os relatórios mensais.
- Calcular e fornecer relatórios para planilhas de horas e informações de (position rate), mensalmente.
- Criar novos códigos WBS no SAP, quando necessário.
- Elaborar e consolidar todas as informações relacionadas ao orçamento.
- Controlar e preparar relatórios relacionados à receita e aos custos históricos.
- Preparar relatórios de previsão de receitas e custos.
- Analisar o relatório de custos mensalmente.
- Fornecer relatórios e análises relevantes com informações confiáveis, quando necessário.
- Fornecer cenários significativos a partir dos relatórios de análise financeira, examinar e relatar ineficiências.
- Fornecer relatórios e análises relevantes com informações confiáveis sob demanda.

Favor ter em conta que é MANDATÓRIO ter experiência na área, disponibilidade para trabalhar PRESENCIAL em Lisboa, falar inglês e português fluente e ter o visto de trabalho vigente para trabalhar em Portugal.
