Our Legendre subsidiary in Portugal, created in 2019 in Lisbon, continues to strengthen and expand throughout Portugal. It combines experience, know-how and technical agility to design and build the buildings of tomorrow in the residential, tertiary, and other functional sectors.

Under the responsibility of the General Manager, the Junior Site Cost Controller will be responsible for:
**Production of Financial Statements**
- Ensure the monthly/quaterly production of closing documents (projects cost report, inventories follow-up,)
- Follow-up the overheads sections and revise annual forecasts
- Prepare the monthly/quaterly production of reportings
- Control & ensure the accuracy of financial forecasting
- Prepare semestrial & year-end closing entries (WIP entries, provisions,)
- Participate in the preparation of the annual Budget

**Support for operational teams at Construction Site**
- Support the Project Manager / Project Director in the Project budgeting & forecasting
- Help the PM/PD analyse and master the project's risks & opportunities and budget variances
- Reconciliate the financial data with our partner on co-construction projects
- Actively participate in determining actions to improve the BU's performance
- Train the team in the financial forecasting of their projects
- Gather and feedback on finance system improvement

**Analysis of financial indicators**
- Monitor the income recovery performance and subcontractors payment timeline
- Follow-up performance bonds, project insurance, etc.
- Help with day-to-day banking issues
- Define and oversee the BU's KPIs

**Interface with Group support services**

Act as an interface between the Group and the Portuguese entity for administrative, legal, accounting and treasury issues

**PROFILE**:

- Master's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or similar
- 3-5 years of experience in construction site cost controlling;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Portuguese Language is mandatory;
- Knowledge of English;
- French is a plus;
- Good analytical skills and a critical/proactive spirit;
- Results-orientated and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a team environment; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Available to travel to various sites in Portugal;
**WORK ENVIRONEMENT**:
You will join the team at the Lisbon branch of Legendre.
