**Location: Porto and Lisbon**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Cold calling and contacting potential clients across various industries and European countries.
- Book meetings with key decision-makers and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure smooth meeting handovers.
- Constantly refine your approach, learning from each interaction to improve future outcomes.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of experience in similiar roles.
- Ambition to excel and strive for top performance.
- Resilience and persistence in driving results.
- High emotional intelligence to connect with prospects and colleagues.
- Coachability, open to feedback, and committed to personal growth.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; German, French, Spanish, or Italian are highly valued.
