We are seeking a versatile and experienced professional to join our Distribution Domain as an **API Integration Consultant**. The primary function of this role is to support the onboarding and retention of Flix commercial partners using the Flix API.

You will have the opportunity to work with strategic customers in the world of third party resellers and metasearch engines, such as Omio, SNCF or Wanderu. You will also help the Distribution department with identifying business opportunities, in the form of suggestions for API improvements, and data collection for internal use.

**Your Tasks - Paint the world green**:

- You act as the primary technical contact for external partners during the API integration process
- You provide end-to-end support in onboarding new partners, guiding them through the API documentation, and assisting with the initial setup
- You reproduce issues reported by the Flix API customers
- You collaborate with internal development teams to understand API functionalities and updates
- You train both partners and internal team members on API functionalities and updates
- You develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on API integration processes and best practices
- You monitor API performance and proactively identify areas for improvement or troubleshooting
- You work closely with the Business Owner and the Product Development teams to relay feedback from partners and vice-versa
- You provide code samples to the Flixbus API customers You provide internal support to teams who want to use Flixbus APIs

**Your Profile - Ready to hop on board**:
**Hard Skills**:

- Strong understanding of API technologies, web services, and related standards (e.g., REST, SOAP)
- Proficiency with Postman and the ability to assist with client API customer service requests and implementations
- Proficiency with at least one scripting language such as Python (preferred), JavaScript, or PHP is a plus
- Customer service experience is a plus

**Desired Experience**:

- Experience in working with external partners and cross-functional internal teams.
- Previous experience in a front-end development role is a plus.
- Familiarity with the mobility or transportation industry is advantageous.
- Proven success in delivering technical solutions.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
