**A sua nova função**
Este profissional será responsável pela dinamização e execução do Plano de Normalização, suportado pelas Matrizes de Responsabilidade e Competência; Implementação de ferramentas lean e standarização de processos. Conceção de Auditorias ao nível de execução de Tarefas (aferição do conhecimento dos Operadores em função das Tarefas normalizadas) e pela Coordenação das Equipas de Gestão e Operacionais, com o objetivo de implementar processos e ferramentas que otimizem e aumentem a produtividade.

**O que necessita para ser bem sucedido**
Formação base em Engenharia (Engenharia e Gestão Industrial - preferencial). Mais de 3 anos de experiência em funções similares.
