Product Manager for Electrical Water Heating

**Your contribution to something big**:
We are seeking a** Product Manager **to align product and market strategies, drive innovation, and ensure effective execution of technical solutions.
**Business & Strategy: Product & Market Strategy Alignment**
- Identify major technology and legal trends from the products;
- Evaluate technical feasibility of market needs, desires, new business opportunities and for M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) activities;
- Support implementation of a technical competitor benchmark to improve and update internal activities.
**Technology & Innovation: Technological & Business Innovation Studies**
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Managers to develop a long-term technology vision and business cases.
- Ensure that the technology roadmap effectively addresses upcoming challenges and aligns with the needs of the business and customers.
- Lead Innovation Management and manage Intellectual Property and IR;
- Drive pre-development studies for new technologies;
- Create and maintain a specialist network (internal and external) for relevant areas;
**Product: Architectural Strategy and Product Roadmap Alignment**
- Implement a modular product system approach for the main technical components and appliance cost drivers;
- Drive standardization, synergies and re-use of parts/components.
**Execution: Implementation Approach & Technical Reviews**
- Execution and engineering mentorship as a technical specialist both in new product development as well in complex technical problems:
- Consultant for revies on technical designs, standards, working methods and documentation.
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:
- ** Education**: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar;
- **Personality**:
- Communication and influence upper management and external stakeholders;
- Collaboration and conflict management;
- Strategic vision and future oriented profile;
- **Experience**:
- Technical specialist level on core technology field for product area;
- Global understanding of system analysis approach and products;
- Technology depth of knowledge;
- **Working**:
- Experience in problem solving and technical project execution;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Technology depth of knowledge;
- **Languages**: Fluent proficiency in English (spoken and written).
