As a Performance Marketing Specialsit, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing our digital campaigns to drive business growth, improve brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. You will work closely together with cross-functional teams to develop target group specific campaigns, analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize our digital marketing efforts.
In your new role you will:
- Develop and execute **digital marketing campaigns **across **multiple channels **with strong focus on **Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Reddit **and **YouTube **, SEO, SEA are secondary
- **Collaborate **with **creative teams **to implement **engaging advertising content **that resonates with our target audience
- Develop and maintain a **deep understanding of our different target audiences **, including their needs, preferences, and behaviors
- **Analyze campaign performance **using **data analytics tools **, such as Meta and LinkedIn Ads and Business Managers plus Google Analytics and provide actionable insights to **improve campaign **ROI**:
- Manage and optimize **digital marketing budgets **to achieve business objectives
- **Identify areas for improvement **and **develop A/B testing and experimentation plans **to optimize campaign performance
- Work closely with **data and IT teams **to ensure technical alignment and maximize lead quality and conversion
- **Provide regular reporting and insights **to stakeholders on campaign performance, including metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates
- Stay up-to-date with the **latest digital marketing trends **, **best practices **, and **technologies **to continuously improve our campaign efforts.

You're a data-driven and creative problem solver with a passion for driving business results. With a collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, you thrive in fast-paced environments. Your analytical thinking and adaptability enable you to navigate complex data sets and provide actionable insights that drive growth. As a team player, you're comfortable working with cross-functional teams to develop targeted campaigns and optimize digital marketing efforts.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A university degree in **Marketing, Business Administration **or similar field of studies
- At least **3 or more years of experience **in digital marketing, with a focus on **performance **, **social media marketing **and **analytics**:
- Proven track record of **developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns **that drive business results
- Excellent knowledge in digital marketing tools, including **Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Reddit and Youtube**:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus
- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- **Excellent communication and project management skills **, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- **Excellent English **skills.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience in the semiconductor or technology industry
- Certification in Meta, LinkedIn (or other social channels), Google Analytics or other digital marketing platforms
- Knowledge of agile marketing methodologies and practices
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation tools
- German language skills.
