**Purpose of the Job**:
The FP&A PHD Analyst play a key role in the annual and quarterly business planning and forecasting processes involving P&L, working capital, and cash flow.

**Essencial Duties and Responsabilities**:
Prepare presentations on month, quarter and annual results including Division and Sites reports;
Deliver timely, accurate and high quality management information;
Analyze, review and report margin performance at (Product, site and Division levels);
Effective business partner to all functional areas of the company;
Review and report relevant P&L metrics in association with Operations and Commercial Finance;
Review and report relevant Working Capital metrics;
Identify and monitor relevant key performance indicators;
Provide insight into margin trends and variances to support decision making;
Identify business opportunities and risks and recommend and drive appropriate actions and solutions. Follow up actions delivery;
Support preparation and submission financial planning processes (mid-term plan, budget and forecast) and support delivery thereof, Proactive coordination with reporting groups for timely receipt of deliverables, challenging & validating the information received;
Constantly develop and improve management reporting processes with focus on strategic business needs;
Manage and support ad-hoc projects, analysis and reports;
Ensure adequate internal process controls in place through procedures and tools in accordance with corporate policies;
Effective business partner to all functional areas of the company;
Set standards of functional performance;
Support the business with insightful ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as requested. These special projects could involve financial modeling and complex analytics to drive insights, strategies, and recommendations to senior management;
Identify and propose improvements in the forecasting and reporting processes.

**Education**:
Bachelor, master or similar degree in accounting, economics or finance;
Education in business, controlling, and accounting.

**Experience**:
Professional experience of minimum 2 years in a manufacturing/customer focused company;
Demonstrated experience in matrix organizations;
Excellent skills in SAP, Business Warehouse, MS-Office (mainly Excel, Power point and Word).

**Language Skills**: Fluent English
