**Your Team**
As **Accounts Receivable Automation Manager**, you will be part of the SaltPay team. A strong and talented team that's data-driven, inquisitive by heart, and supports every decision based on carefully collected and organised information Our team is highly cross-functional and works across the business' European footprint. We are looking for someone with Strong communication, organisational, technology and leadership skills.
We are looking for an **Accounts Receivable Automation Manager** for the accounting department of our company to look after all our receivables from our clients globally. You will need to use automation so that we are able to streamline the receivables process that will allow us to scale to millions of clients globally.
You will need to oversee billing and invoicing processing, and ensure proper collection using different methods.
You will be working very closely with our tech and product teams and we expect you to implement new technologies and accounting processes to accommodate an automated and scalable accounts receivable process.
**Your Mission**
- Manages and supervise all the accounts receivable in the organisation, ensuring that all geographies have efficient, standardised and automated accounts receivable processes in place;
- Oversee the processing and organising of bills, records and invoices for all entities of the group;
- Ensures that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness;
- Ensure an efficient and scalable end-to-end accounts receivable process by using technology;
- Ownership for the accounts receivable integration of new acquisitions into the company, including integrating the new acquiree onto SaltPay's financial systems, processes, and control framework;
- Reporting to the Group Director of Accounting;
**Qualifications**
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, computer science or Engineering;
- Minimum 6 years experience;
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written;
- First rate analytical capabilities;
