A Direção Technical Services & Supply Chain da EDP Comercial, está a recrutar para a área de Technical Support, EC & UCR.

Descritivo de funções:

- Apoio no acompanhamento da Operativa do Serviço de Suporte Técnico Funciona da EDP Comercial;
- Efetuar gestão de Parceiros, acompanhando a atividade, monitorizando e atuando sobre os resultados, assegurando o correto cumprimento dos níveis de serviço de atendimento e tarefas de backoffice;
- Garantir definição de processos que visem o aumento da produtividade das equipas, satisfação dos clientes, e a qualidade do serviço prestado;
- Acompanhamento do dimensionamento das Empresas dentro dos SLAS definidos;
- Acompanhamento proativo (semanais, diário) e reativo (em real time) dos parceiros;
- Alertar operação para potenciais desvios e riscos;
- Garantir implementação de medidas de produtividade, cumprimento de prazos e o sucesso do projeto;
- Preparar e moderar reuniões, Semanal/ Quinzenal/ Mensal com as equipas;
- Definir metas e rotinas que permitam otimizar a operativa;
- Participar, em articulação com outras áreas, na definição de procedimentos e regras de operativa;
- Participar na implementação de campanhas promocionais e de novos produtos e serviços, afetos à equipa em articulação com outras áreas da organização;
- Capacidade de gestão e implementação de projetos piloto.

Que tipo de perfil procuramos?
- Licenciatura em Gestão ou outras áreas desde que com experiência relevante para a função;
- Experiência profissional até 3 anos na área de Atendimento ao cliente;
- Valoriza-se participação em projetos transversais de desenvolvimento estratégico de negócio;
- Autonomia na gestão de projetos, com enfoque no trabalho em equipa e multi-cultural/organizacional;
- Capacidade de comunicação, proatividade, resiliência, versatilidade e iniciativa são competências imprescindíveis para o bom desempenho da função;
- Forte perfil analítico;
- Domínio da língua portuguesa e inglesa;
- Disponibilidade para deslocações pontuais;
