A Direção TECHNICAL SERVICES & SUPPLY CHAIN da EDP Comercial, está a recrutar para a equipa de gestão de serviço na área de SM - HOME SERVICE & ENERGY EFICIENCY.
Descritivo de funções:
- Colaborar no desenvolvimento operacional dos serviços ligados ao Funciona e Packs da EDP Comercial;
- Acompanhar os inputs/outputs de Field Force no que respeita ao controlo de custos, controlo de KPI, cálculo de capacidade e ajustamento face a alterações legislativas
- Supervisão da rede de prestadores externos através de controlo de indicadores e reuniões regulares com responsáveis das empresas contratadas.
- Implementação ações de melhoria continua nos serviços a seu cargo, incluindo na definição de requisitos de sistema.
- Controlar e assegurar a melhor entrega ao cliente final com a maior segurança e compromisso dos técnicos afetos aos serviços
- Colaboração com a restante equipa de gestão de serviço, operações e outras áreas internas de suporte para alcançar os objetivos
Que tipo de perfil procuramos?
- Licenciatura em Engenharia;
- Experiência relevante relacionada em serviços como:
- Assistência técnica a eletrodomésticos ou gasodomesticos
- instalações de gás ou eletricidade em edifícios de uso residencial ou pequenos negócios,
- Pós-venda de marcas,
- Marketplace de serviços
- Outros serviços similares
