**THE ROLE**
We are looking for a
**#TechTalent** to perform duties as a
**Test Manager** in a large project in the
**banking sector**. Its main activities are tests strategy, design, execution and closure.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Alert the project regarding any missing document or discrepancies regarding testing documentation;
- Organise workshops to draft the overall test strategy for the project;
- Elaborate and prepare the different test levels and types required for the project;
- Organise users inputs during the test phases;
- Ensure the development, validation and communication of all test design deliverables of the project, in accordance with the commitments of the team and in compliance with applicable standards;
- Report the progress of the test design to the project manager and his/her hierarchy;
**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Test activities;
- Able to manage a portfolio of projects;
- Able to manage different test teams under his portfolio scope;
- Good communication skills knowing how to adapt to diferent interlocuters (Sponsors, project managers, test leaders, developpers,);
- Risk identification and follow-up;
- Proficient in written and spoken French;
- Ambition to exceed own capabilities and evolve;
- Enjoyment of teamwork;
- Willingness to learn and develop skills;
- Proactivity to help solve problems.
