**Rings of Power Academy**

Siemens Smart Infrastructure “Rings of Power Academy” will train YOU - the chosen one - for you to learn and to develop deeper technical skills, within the Microsoft Power Platforms to plan, design, build, operate and execute a set tasks / projects / Proof of Concept / and many other “things” inside IT world. Also, during the academy, Qlik development and UiPath will be taught and practiced.

Because in the Tech world, the day to day is not only technology, ways of working, methodologies of working, concepts, and ways of presenting your work will be passed to you.

With you in a near future we will be able to “Enable the Power of Data”

**Role will include**:

- Be in the role of the learner
- Be in the role of the presenter
- Be in the role of the sales
- Be in the role of the support
- Be in the role of the product owner
- Daily and weekly challenges as well as a final challenge

**Your desired skills**:

- Good communication written and spoken (English of course)
- Analytic and Growth mindset
- University degree in any IT Area (Programming, Data, Engineer and/or similar)
- Some knowledge of the “cloud”
- Ready to teach and learn
