**A Snapshot of Your Day**

As Finance Controller you will be responsiblesupporting Germany FIN Head in steering business by providing a complete andtransparent analysis of SE Real Estate business including performance and operationalcontrolling of the regions in Germany. Additionally, commercial management of zoneand interface between the countries and Hub Management.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Co-ordination and management of budgeting/forecasting and actual reporting for Germany
- Approving of invoices, preparation of accruals, supporting information requirements from WTS
- Knowledge of IFRS in particular IFRS 16 essential and local HGB an advantage
- Support FIN Head in management of Savings ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
- Drive process optimization and digitalization / automation in your area of responsibility and foster continuous improvements to increase e.g. cost transparency and accuracy
- Proactive quality management in reporting and ensure strict compliance with corporate guidelines and standards
- Management of central cost centers
- Evaluation of opportunities and risks from operational business at a Hub level
- Ensure correctness and completeness of financial figures on a timely basis
- Support Germany with Purchase orders, invoice approvals and month end activities
- Liaise with Global departments to ensure correctness of tools and management of other legal entities
- Implementation and alignment of SE RE guidelines and principles within Zone
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Support adhoc tasks / requirements
- Liaison with externalservice providers to ensure service quality

**What You Bring**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Successfully completed degree in business/finance studies
- Minimum seven years of professional experience in a business controlling function and/or comparable industry experience.
- Good analytical skills handling large quantities of data
- Previous experience working in a numerical or financial environment is required. The post holder should be accounting qualified.
- Previous Real Estate experience and international experience is preferred
- Ability to managing finance in a dynamic and growing business.
- Very good English and German skills
- The ability to communicate clearly with different levels of stakeholders across the business.
- Tool-Knowledge:besides the usual office tools; SAP is a must
