**Join our awesome Platform Engineering team as Manager and embrace a unique and challenging project, driving SRE and DevOps initiatives**
**What will you do?**
- Join our awesome **Platform Engineering team** as Manager and embrace a unique and challenging project, driving SRE, DevOps and DevSecOps initiatives
- Ensure and stimulate **infrastructure best practices **within Tech
- Support teams for **problem identification, root cause analysis and decision-making**
- **Form, guide and mentor the team**:

- **Evaluate performance **and establish improvement actions
- Improve the **deployment process** to make it as boring as possible
- Run our **cloud-based infrastructure** with Terraform, TerraGrunt, Ansible and Kubernetes
- Work with metrics using tools like** Prometheus and Grafana**
- Build resilient **infrastructure and tooling solutions**
- **Debug production issues** across services and levels of the stack
- Actively work to automatically detect **potential issues **in a large-virtualized environment.
- Write **automation scripts to auto-correct or completely prevent issues** in our online services.
- **Track and review changes** in a highly dynamic environment.
- Work with the Cybersecurity team to **respond to security threats.
***Requirements**
**Our Platform Engineering Manager should have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of experience as **SRE or DevOps Lead/Manager using IaC**
- 3+ years of experience working in a **large-scale production environment**
- 3+ years of experience on **DevOps/Site Reliability engineering positions**
- Experience with designing and implementing **CI/CD DevOps solutions **using Azure DevOps, Git, Shell, YAML, Kubernetes and Docker
- Expert level **scripting** (e.g. GoLang, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong experience with **Micro services architecture**
- Experience supporting **mission-critical systems**
- Expertise with** Linux engineering and administration of virtual machines**
- Expertise with **virtualization administration**, preferably VMWare 6+ in a clustered environment
- Experience with **RabbitMQ and Elasticsearch**
- Experience in **Configuration Management**
- Experience in **Cloud Technologies** and different providers (AWS, GCP or Azure)
- Must be able to work with a distributed team in **multiple time zones**
- Must exhibit meticulous **attention to detail**, and the ability to make good and timely decisions

Professional certifications such as CKA, CKS, CKAD or LFCS are a plus
