**DESCRIÇÃO DE FUNÇÕES**

Na área de Customer Success Management estará responsável, nomeadamente, pela gestão comercial dos nossos clientes, elaboração de propostas e qualificação de leads.

**PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Garantir o acompanhamento dos nossos clientes, de forma a assegurarmos a sua satisfação;
- Identificar oportunidades de negócio nos clientes existentes, bem como em leads gerados através das nossas plataformas de divulgação;
- Manter o CRM (Sales Force) e os quadros de seguimento de processos atualizados.

**Requisitos**:

- Formação Académica: Licenciatura, Mestrado ou Pós-Graduação em Ciências da Comuicação ou áreas similares;
- Conhecimento das ferramentas Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
- Excelente capacidade organizacional;
- Elevadas competências de comunicação;
- Pensamento crítico, gestão de problemas e orientação ao cliente;
- Autonomia, dinamismo e rigor;
- Fluência em Inglês.
- Excelentes condições e ambiente de trabalho;
- Formação inicial e contínua, bem como possibilidade de evolução.
