**Your Main Activities Are**
- Qualifies and resolves incidents and contributes to the resolution of problems
- Participates in acceptance testing for procedures produced by engineering
- Keep architecture documentation updated and contribute to define architecture strategy. Suggest optimizations and ways to improve efficiency
- Analyse incidents and propose preventive action plans for improvement

**Profile** and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral
- Knowledge in
- Windows administration
- IT Languages (Power Shell, T-SQL)
- Ability to collaborate / teamwork
- Ability to deliver / results driven
- Analytical ability
- Creativity and innovation / problem solving
- Communication skills, both written and oral
