PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of Technical Leader Junior
Your mission:
Work as a Technical Leader in our production/MES application and implement innovative projects and concepts for our production;
Be an integral part of our intercultural and international team and continuously work on the development of our future-oriented innovation projects;
Working with Order Information Controller topics, you will assume technical and process-related responsibility for our applications used in our factories around the world;
Develop viable solutions together with your agile software development team, business partners and software architects;
Understand business requirements, translate them into technical requirements and question the status quo to consciously improve your applications;
Define user stories in coordination with the business and prepare them for development;
Develop robust and flexible global applications and manage the technical backlog of application products;
Lead software development projects on the IT development and operations side.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
Diploma in computer science (business) or other degree program with a focus on information technology;
At least 1 year of professional experience as Technical Lead or Technical Product Owner;
Experience in software programming with Java, Docker, microservices, and hybrid cloud; (Mandatory);
Experience with hybrid cloud microservices architectures and specification of complex IT systems, as well as functioning in heterogeneous systems environments;
Understanding and experience with agile working methods;
Experience in modeling IT processes and describing user stories;
Strong communication skills and enjoy working in agile, self-organized, and dynamic teams;
High sense of responsibility, good ability to understand, and great desire to learn;
English C1/C2.
Working model:Hybrid 3x
Availability for Travel (Germany)
Direct internalization with the customer after one year of contract.
