**Intro**
We're looking for 2 Game Product Managers: 1 for Krunker (an HTML5 FPS with a total of 200 M users), and 1 for Basketball (the most successful game at FRVR, with 8M monthly active users, and the highest revenue).
As a Game Product Manager, you are responsible for defining and executing one of our existing Key Games Product strategies. With an exciting product vision expanding from our Infrastructure building blocks, you will conduct market research, analyze technical possibilities, and translate your findings into a unified product strategy. The product strategy will come to life by combining user acquisition, game improvements, and Live Ops to maximize and grow the game's potential. You will lead the execution by working in a multi-disciplinary team with Engineering, Development, Data Analysts, and Marketing departments to expand our current growth.
**Challenges & Responsibilities**
- Take leadership of one of FRVR's flagship Games maximizing revenue potential across all games' channels;
- Define a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the game;
- Take overall lead on game growth and set direction for Game improvements, Live Ops and UA;
- Lead go-to-market for our game based on our current Infrastructure building blocks;
- Together with the Analytics team, monitor monetization, game economy, player engagement, and other significant metrics;
- Put a strategy in action - Lead proofs-of-concept, working closely with multi-disciplinary development teams to create “product-market fit”;
- Create constant live events that will drive further engagement and monetization;
- Define in-game sales, offers, and promotions to maximize conversion rate and ARPPU;
- Keep up to speed with existing and emerging new game monetization models and mechanics.
**We are looking for someone with**:
- Experience 3+ years in defining and owning product strategy - preferably in FPS or F2P Casual games;
- Experience working on an entire product life cycle in the gaming market;
- Excellent organizational skills, with an emphasis on priorities and goal setting;
- Strong adaptable and hands-on approach;
- Ambition to develop both yourself and your team;
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
**If you also have these experiences it will be a bonus**:
- Experience in post-native channels is a plus;
- Understanding Agile Methodologies like Scrum, LESS, or others is a plus.
