**Descrição**:
We are looking for a Head of Business Development to join our client’s team. Our client is a leader in the automotive sector with offices in Lisbon.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Head of Business Development, you will lead our area in order to place our company as a leader in the automotive field. You’ll be responsible for implementing and developing strategies to achieve business goals, as well as managing the team pipelines end-to-end. Maintain an understanding of the sector with expertise focused on customers, competitors, sales and sector trends.

Technical Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
5+ years of experience in business development and sales;
Focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets;
Knowledge and expertise in the content or tech industry;
Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Availability to travel as needed to attend industry events and meet with partners;
Research and analytical skills;
Financial and commercial expertise;
Fluent level of English.

Nice to haves

Agile or Scrum development experience;
Background working in consulting companies;
MBA or equivalent.
