**About the job**
- The Central Support Analyst mission is to be in charge of user support, incident management and communication,and to present NeoLink to the users. NeoLink is the BNP's client reporting website which allows the clients (internal staff and external users) to view and generate reports linked to their activities. The users can also send instructions (settlement, cash, CA response, NAV validation, etc.) from the tool

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Support of local NeoLink Support Branches (manage level 2 support), assist Client Services teams in their major client projects and assist local teams in the recovery or sharing of support tasks
- Assist customers in their work and projects related to the NeoLink solution; coordinate the establishment of electronic links with our customers; provide advice to our customers on our available solutions (management instructions, reporting...)
- Participate in the evolutions of the NeoLink solution: refit user evolution requests; participate in the definition of needs and user tests; participate in monitoring and identifying malfunctions; present new features to NeoLink
- community
- Incident Management: detect incidents; coordinate with APS and Operations the resolution of incidents; publish communication to local NeoLink Support teams and NeoLink community; record, process and track incidents until resolved

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced level of English
- Ability to collaborate / teamwork
- Good communication skills (both oral & written)
- Attention to detail / rigor
- Adaptability

- Creativity & innovation / problem solving
