The NDI team is a high-performing small team united by a desire to change the world of video. Interested in joining the mission?

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our growing team. As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing NDI's social media and community engagement strategies, building and maintaining relationships with our customers, partners, and other stakeholders, and growing our online presence.
- Develop and implement NDI's social media and community engagement strategies, in collaboration with the marketing and product teams.
- Manage NDI's social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), including creating and publishing content, monitoring and responding to comments and messages, and analyzing metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with NDI's customers, partners, and other stakeholders through online communities, events, and other channels.
- Plan and execute community initiatives and programs.
- Monitor and report on customer feedback and trends to inform NDI's product development and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create engaging content and campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote NDI and networking with customers and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in social media and community engagement.
- Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience in social media management, community management, or related field with
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop creative, engaging and original content
- Extensive experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, SEMrush)
- Extensive experience with building a community on LinkedIn and Facebook
- Knowledge of video production, broadcasting/Pro AV or related industries is a major plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
