BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as Testing Supervisor at our new production plant in Viana, Portugal.

Key responsibilities
- Lead a technical team of Testing Engineers
- Develop technical skills of Testing Team
- Ensure robustness of projects both in serial production as well as launching phase
- Responsible to define Capex requirement for Testing department
- Develop and execute plan to meet Customer requirement in Testing
- Improve competitiveness in terms of cost for Testing
- Comply with safety, quality, productivity, hygiene and environmental prevention standards
- Comply with the organization's rules and internal regulations: Code of Ethics, Practice and Schedule
- Respect workplace safety and cleanliness rules
- Respect and comply with environmental policy rules

Education & Experience
- Strong organizational, time management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbal and written.
- Analytical, technical, and statistical skills
- Good problem solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the Organization
- Results oriented
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Portuguese (considered a plus)
- Availability for international Business travels
