A ELEVUS é uma empresa de recrutamento especializado e encontra-se a recrutar um Business Manager de IT, para um estúdio de design e desenvolvimento de produtos digitais.

**Funções**:

- Identificar e desenvolver oportunidades de negócio para as soluções dos nossos Clientes, com enfoque nos serviços de desenvolvimento de produtos personalizáveis;
- Análise e desenvolvimento de propostas comerciais;
- Desenvolver relacionamento com os principais tomadores de decisão em empresas de diversos portes, desde pequenas startups até grandes corporações;
- Construir relacionamentos sólidos com os clientes, mapeando e apresentando soluções para suas necessidades, trabalhando em conjunto com nossas áreas internas;
- Desenvolver estratégias de mercado através de pesquisa de prospects de alto potencial;
- Participar ativamente da elaboração de propostas comerciais, garantindo o alinhamento com as necessidades do cliente, recursos disponíveis e equipes de produção;
- Realizar apresentações comerciais sólidas;
- Participar em eventos para desenvolvimento de networking;
- Gerir diferentes contas de clientes.

**Perfil**:

- Experiência anterior (pelo menos 4 anos) em desenvolvimento de negócios no sector de desenvolvimento de software ou tecnologia (produtos digitais);
- Carteira de clientes existente, com capacidade de trazer negócios e oportunidades para o nosso Cliente;
- Experiência em desenvolvimento e expansão de negócios internacionais;
- Orientação para resultados e capacidade para atingir e exceder os objectivos de vendas estabelecidos;
- Capacidade excecional de comunicação e negociação, com a capacidade de construir relações fortes com clientes potenciais e existentes;
- Conhecimentos sólidos do mercado de desenvolvimento de software e das tendências actuais do sector;
- Capacidade de compreender as necessidades dos clientes e de as traduzir em soluções de software viáveis;
- Proactividade e capacidade para identificar oportunidades de negócio e liderar o processo de vendas do início ao fim;
- Excelentes capacidades de organização e gestão do tempo para gerir vários clientes e projectos em simultâneo;
- Conforto em estar fora da sua zona de conforto;
- Licenciatura em Engenharia, Administração de Empresas, áreas de TI (ou similares).
- Experiência no mercado da UE (Reino Unido, Países Baixos e Suíça);
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação escrita e verbal em inglês;
- Ideias originais, que nunca deve ter medo de expressar;
- Flexibilidade e capacidade de adaptação para trabalhar num ambiente dinâmico e de colaboração;
- Proficiência em ferramentas de análise de dados e de business intelligence;
- Pensamento criativo e uma abordagem inovadora da estratégia empresarial;
- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa;
**Condições**:

- Um cargo a tempo inteiro, trabalhando nas nossas instalações no centro da cidade de Viana do Castelo ou à distância;
