**O TEU DESAFIO**
Reportando diretamente ao KAM Operational Coordinator compete a este profissional definir e implementar a estratégia de desenvolvimento para os clientes de âmbito regional.
**IRÁS TER COMO RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Responsável pela Gestão e acompanhamento de Clientes KAM da Região atribuída e pela identificação de potenciais clientes;
- Define os requisitos por cliente regional, negoceia e verifica dentro da companhia todos os termos contratuais que poderão requerer ajustes;
- Reúne com os Diretores de Loja da Região, dando feedback da atividade comercial desenvolvida e definindo, em conjunto, Planos de ação;
- Trabalha em parceria com a equipa KAM Nacional de forma a desenvolver uma abordagem uniforme e alinhada com as práticas definidas para este canal, assim como com a Força de Vendas, a Loja e o Delivery;
- Gere as não conformidades e objeções dos clientes, comunicação e partilhando o feedback de todos os pontos aos departamentos relacionados que poderão pôr em risco a parceria com um cliente chave tendo por base o nível de serviço fornecido;
- Atua como um agente da transformação Kultural e um embaixador dos princípios orientadores da makro
**PRINCIPAIS REQUISITOS**:
- Licenciatura em Gestão de empresas, Marketing ou Gestão hoteleira;
- Conhecimentos avançados de MS-Office;
- Experiência comercial no canal HoReCa;
- Conhecimentos de inglês avançados;
- Excelente capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal e espírito de equipa;
- Orientação para os objetivos e resultados;
- Dinamismo e pro atividade;
- Polivalência e flexibilidade.
