**We are looking for **a dedicated and committed person to integrate the Accounts Payable Transversal Operations team, within Procurement, contributing to the continuous improvement of the flows and tasks performed. Technology, automation, and knowledge are the way to obtain efficiency, without neglecting the high quality, simplicity, and support that must be delivered to our customers. The main challenge is to obtain this balance with the high volumes and tight deadlines existing in Accounts Payable.
**We count on you to**:
- Invoice postings (MM, FI, Self billing)
- Reconcile statements (Accruals, IFRS16, Packaging, specific suppliers, agents, etc) and respective corrections
- Clearing of Accounts
- Elaborations of reports
- Internal controls (invoice blocks, two-way match, MRBR, etc)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation
- Identify any possible action to improve processes as part of the continuous improvement plan
- Contribute to the good collaboration and positive spirit within the team

**You will bring**:
- University degree
- Fluent in English
- SAP Knowledge is a plus
- Excel Knowledge
- Google tools Knowledge (Spreadsheet, Docs, etc)
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Curious, autonomous, proactive, agile, open-minded, team spirit
- Willingness to continuously learn
