**Accounting Assistant, Nefab RA Produtos de Embalagem, S.A.**:
Nefab Group is on a growth journey and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Our finance organization is vital for us, and we are now strengthening our team in Nefab Portugal with an Accounting Assistant.

This position is located in Portugal - Maia and Feira and you will report to Financial Manager.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Make the classification and posting of all accounting documents.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Ensure that the accounting records are in compliance with SNC accounting rules and international standards.
- Issue billing documents (invoices, debit notes, credit notes, etc.), send and file them.
- Review and confirm General Ledger Accounts.
- Buy and manage the office (except for IT) and hygiene products.
- Request the sending of the missing signed and stamped credit notes.
- Review and process the invoices from service suppliers.
- Issuing customer receipts.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Open correspondence and forward it.
- Be responsible for control of the cashier.
- Perform payments to suppliers, taxes, and others.
- Responsible for hotel reservations.
- Comply with the rules defined for your job by the Quality and Environment Management System implemented.
- Support the Financial Audits.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 1+ years of accounting experience.
- Portuguese, both written and verbal.
- English, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization, customers, and vendors.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
- Solid time management skills with ability to prioritize.
- Strong sense of confidentiality.
- Team player.
