Technical Account Manager

Inspera was born in #Norway as a #cloud ️ based digital assessment platform that helps plan, author and deliver digital exams globally We are on a mission to make #education assessment more inclusive, fair and relevant.
**Key responsibilities & duties**:
- Interact with stakeholders and customers on technical and product support issues especially around integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve live integration issues with customers
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge of the Inspera product set
- Provide detailed technical support to customers and account managers on product features, product usage, API, SSO and LTI
- Act as the key product and technical integration specialist with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by resolving technical account issues
- Act as liaison with the Product function on feature requests and complex usage clarifications
**Requirements**:
- Significant knowledge of complex SaaS platforms
- Technical knowledge of integrations including SSO
- Knowledge of LTI (desirable)
- Customer support of SaaS systems (desirable)
- Personal
- Able to build excellent relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills
