**Your Mission**

Capgemini Engineering is constantly growing and attentive to market opportunities and in search of the best professionals to join its team. We are looking for a Data Business Analyst to join our team, on a hybrid format, with the possibility of participating in many interesting and cutting-edge projects through the whole life-cycle.

**Your Role**
- In the "Data Domain Factory" aspect: carrying out activities to structure the core data domains of the organization, namely conducting Data Domain Maturity Assess-ments, survey business processes, survey master data structures, define data flows (CRUD) or define mastering use-cases, always in collaboration with business teams. Within this scope the resource must also support in the process of activation of data roles (Data Owners, Stewards and Custodians) as well as in the process of assigning access to data / datasets.
- In the "Core projects" aspect: support to the POs of the three initiatives - Cataloging, Data Mastering, and matrix construction of accesses - through the management of project activities, namely in the realization of support presentations, collection of sign-offs, elaboration of functional requirements and participation in the UAT component.
- It is intended a Data Business Analysts that ensures the permanent monitoring of the evolution of the data domains, as well as the implementation and execution of the operating model as identified above.

**Your Profile**

**Professional experience**:

- Experience in defining and executing Data Mastering projects - identification of master data, definition of data flows, CRUD analysis, definition of mastering rules, among others;
- Experience and in processes of survey, analysis and evaluation of business processes;
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience;
- Experience in managing stakeholders of the most varied levels of seniority and areas, namely business and technical (IT);
- Experience in defining / structuring and implementing continuous improvement processes.

**Technical skills**:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel;
- Knowledge in Data Governance, in its various aspects;
- Knowledge in Data Compliance (Privacy and Security);
- Knowledge in Data Architecture is a differentiating factor;

**Behavioral profile**:

- Strategic thinking, problem solving skills, excellent oral and written communication (in PT and ENG);
- Solid vision of the business, good communication skills with different stakeholders, at different levels, with a high sense of customer service;
- Organizational skills, autonomy, proactivity and resilience, collaboration and team spirit;
- Ability to analyze, critical and constructive spirit in problem solving.

**Language requirements**:

- Domain of the Portuguese language - **Must have**;
- Oral and written fluency in English - **Must have**;
- Oral and written fluency in Spanish - Preferred;

**Certification Requirements (preferred)**:

- DAMA International certification, with preference given to certification in the topics of Data Management Fundamentals, Metadata, Data Governance, Data Quality, Reference and Master Data Management - optional requirement;
