We work with forward-thinking HR leaders to simplify workforce management, payments, and compliance across borders.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experiencedSales Development Representative (SDR)to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will haveat least 3 years of sales experiencewithin arecruitment agency, HR software, or fintech company , ideally with adirect competitor or a fintech partner of TFY.
This role is critical to driving pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities with HR decision-makers, particularlyHR Directors and senior HR stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and engage potential clients within mid-market and enterprise segments
Sell TFY solutions toHR Directors, Heads of HR, People & Talent leaders , and related stakeholders
Demonstrate a strong understanding ofHR terminology , workforce management, and contractor of record models
Navigate conversations aroundhiring seasonality , workforce scalability, and managingexternal workforce and independent contractors
Own theend-to-end sales process , from deal origination and qualification through to deal closure
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to optimise go-to-market strategies
Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems
Represent TFY professionally in sales calls, demos, and negotiationsRequired Experience & QualificationsMinimum 3 years of sales experiencein:
Recruitment agency,HR software , orfintechenvironment
Ideally adirect competitorof TFY or a fintechpartneroperating in the HR / workforce ecosystem
Proven experience selling toHR Directors or senior HR stakeholders
Strong knowledge of:
HR processes and terminology
Hiring cycles and seasonality
External workforce management and independent contractor models
Demonstrated experience managing thefull sales cycle , from lead generation to deal closure
Hands-on experience withsales CRMs , such asHub Spot or Salesforce(mandatory)
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsNice to HaveExperience selling Saa S, HR tech, payroll, EOR, contractor management, or payments solutions
Existing network within HR, talent, or workforce management communities
