About the Role

As a Fleet Operations Analyst in the West Europe regional operations team, you will focus on executing regional processes and managing local depots and their respective teams. You will drive operational results on fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Work On

- Understand and contribute to the evolution of all asset‑management‑related procedures and their applicability to your region.

- Maximise fleet availability through good execution of vehicle in‑fleeting procedures, vehicle intervention management, and vehicle de‑fleeting procedures.

- Guarantee that the local structure is stocked with all the required inventory to service the fleet, and execute the purchase of spare parts when required.

- Be knowledgeable about the vehicles we operate and assist local operations in required interventions.

- Coordinate actions between local teams and logistics companies to move the fleet according to business requirements.

- Develop the fleet network by procuring, negotiating, and managing relationships with workshops and fleet partners.

- Be a major contributor and responsible for vehicle operating costs in your region.

- Contribute to expansion projects in your region.

Who We’re Looking For

- Background in Transport Management, Mechanics, Engineering, or a similar field.

- Up to 2 years of experience in similar tasks.

- Proactive with experience in central coordination of fleet management, logistics, or a similar field.

- Organised and analytical, using data to drive actions and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Attention to detail, following detailed procedures with precision.

- Team player willing to work closely with local teams and contribute to overall objectives.

- Adaptable and resilient, able to adapt to unforeseen events to reach the end result.

- Good communicator with clear and effective communication skills.

- Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Spanish or French is a plus.
