No sector da Mediação Imobiliária desde 2002, a Wallis Real Estate Consulting trabalha todos os dias com o propósito maior de reabilitar a cidade de Lisboa, tendo contribuído fortemente para a recuperação do património imobiliário da capital de Portugal. O nosso portfolio de reabilitação urbana inclui mais de 320 imóveis em Portugal, maioritariamente localizados na Grande Lisboa, totalizando cerca de 1,2 mil milhões de euros. Os nossos clientes são maioritariamente do sector corporativo, mediando transações de empreendimentos, prédios, escritórios, comércio e centros de logística, bem como habitação.

Descrição da Função

Queremos reforçar a nossa equipa de Angariadores Imobiliários

Responsabilidades:

- Prospeção e análise de mercado;

- Angariação, negociação de venda/arrendamento de imóveis;

- Gestão de clientes proprietários e investidores;

- Elaboração de análises comparativas de mercado;

- Visitas e acompanhamento de clientes.

Qualificações:

- Espírito empreendedor;

- Boa capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita em português e inglês;

- Autonomia e sentido de responsabilidade;

- Forte capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal;

- Orientação para resultados e foco nos objetivos;

- Fortes competências negociais;

- Vontade de aprender e evoluir;

- Experiência no mercado imobiliário ou vendas será valorizada.
