Italian Technical Customer Support Specialist (Italian + English)

Location: Oriente, Lisbon

Contract Type: 6-Month CDD (Fixed-Term Contract)

What’s in it for You?

Salary & Benefits:

- Monthly Base Salary: 1000 gross
- Annual Base Salary (including 2 extra month salaries): 14,000
- Performance Bonus: 120/month (1,440/year)
- Health Insurance: Provided from day 1 (free after 6 months)
- Total Possible Gross Annual Income: 16,148.72 plus a performance bonus on top 1,440/year

Work Schedule:

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00 (rotational shifts)
- Weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 08:00–17:00

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers through phone, email, and chat regarding their orders, subscriptions, and invoices.
- Deliver a superior customer experience, ensuring all queries are resolved with high-quality service.
- Monitor and follow up on customer issues until fully resolved, adhering to agreed deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer requests.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Language Skills: Native Italian with excellent formal speech and strong writing skills; English proficiency at a B2 level.

Experience: Previous Customer Service experience is mandatory.

- Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication abilities.

- Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.

- Proficiency in using customer support tools and communication platforms.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment.
