**Italian-speaking Technical Advisor in Lisbon**:
**Your Profile**:
- Your first language is Italian
- You are fluent in English (B2)
- You are open to learn everything about new technologies
- Some experience in technical troubleshooting and/or customer support is nice to have, but not mandatory
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Understand the business goals of the clients and support them through a chat system
- Provide high-quality customer service
- Adapt the brand’s voice and tone
- Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues
- Respond to inbound customer requests, document relevant case information
