We are expanding our IT Squad in Porto, Portugal

We're looking for a Senior Linux System Administrator / OpenShift Administrator to join a dynamic and collaborative team responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of critical business infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure Linux servers meet business performance, availability, and security requirements;

- Manage all changes, additions, and removals through the automation platform;

- Apply and maintain security policies and compliance standards;

- Administer, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Linux, OpenShift, VMware, and Storage Server environments;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business requirements, security policies, and network connectivity flows.

What You'll Need to Join Us

- Solid experience in Linux systems administration (Senior level);

- Proven experience in OpenShift, automation, clustering, VMware, and Storage Server management;

- Strong knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and CI/CD tools;

- Good understanding of infrastructure services and networking topologies;

- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills;

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities;

- English level B2 or higher (written and spoken);

- Availability for hybrid work in Porto (3 days per week onsite).
