What Youll Do

- Engage with French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

- Provide accurate information, guidance, and troubleshooting assistance.

- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience.

- Maintain high-quality standards and meet performance goals.

What Were Looking For

- Language Skills: Native or C2 level of French + B1/B2 level of English.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- A customer-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.

- Comfort with remote collaboration and digital tools.

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
