Microsoft Customer Insights Specialist

Role
1. Support the configuration, customization and use of functionalities such as unified profile creation, customer segmentation and behaviour analysis;
2. Use advanced analysis tools to extract valuable insights into customer behavior, predict trends and identify opportunities based on large volumes of data on the platform;
3. Support customer segmentation, using Customer Insights' advanced segmentation capabilities to identify and classify customers according to different criteria (demographic, behavioral, transactional, etc.);
4. Develop test strategies for projects that apply/transfer data to Customer Insights and document them, supporting their hands-on execution;
5. Support Sales in implementation projects, carried out in conjunction with Corporate IT / T2D.
We are looking for
1. Proven experience in multiple MS Customer Insights projects;
2. Ability to integrate data from various sources into the platform, creating a centralized and consistent repository of information;
3. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Customer Insights connectivity with other Microsoft platforms;
4. Knowledge of Big Data and Advanced Analytics: Have a good understanding of big data and advanced analytics (Data Science, Machine Learning) to work with large-scale customer data;
5. Power BI: Experience with Power BI, as Microsoft Customer Insights will often be used in conjunction with this data visualization tool to create dynamic dashboards;
6. Microsoft Dynamics: Familiarity with CRMs, especially Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft dataverse;
7. Azure and Power Platform: Familiarity with the Azure ecosystem (where Customer Insights can be hosted) and other Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) can be a plus;
8. Knowledge of integrations: Have a good understanding of integrations and how data should be worked with to be exported to external platforms.
