We are looking for a driven, ambitious associate‑level lawyer to join our international Legal Team, supporting operations in Portuguese‑speaking jurisdictions and working closely with regional business leads across more than 200 cities worldwide.

About the role

As Legal Counsel, Commercial General, you will develop diverse legal skills, negotiate, review and finalise commercial contracts, and partner with business teams to enable Fever’s continued growth.

This role will entail

- Drafting and revising Portuguese and English language commercial contracts, terms and conditions, RFP submissions and related legal documents

- Supporting commercial teams in the negotiation of deals and documents

- Researching legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance

- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors to prioritise and manage legal matters

- Assisting and participating in knowledge management and operational excellence within Legal, including preparing templates, guides, processes and tools

- Participating in ongoing compliance functions and providing product advice as required

- Upskilling, supporting, and growing other team members

In order to be successful in this role, you will

- Be a practising lawyer with 5+ years of post‑qualification experience in a Portuguese‑speaking jurisdiction

- Have professional fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in an additional language is a strong plus

- Show strong communication and collaboration skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence

- Have experience working on international projects or with global teams

- Be a team player who is adaptable and eager to learn

You will be based in Lisbon, with flexibility for start dates.
