Role

We’re on a mission to expand our retail footprint, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to make it happen. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting retail leads into strong business relationships. This is a 2-month temporary project with the possibility of extension, depending on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

- Generate qualified retail leads using tools such as Apollo and other prospecting platforms.

- Manage the end-to-end sales process: from prospecting and outreach, to pitching, negotiation, and conversion.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of retail prospects, ensuring steady progress towards targets.

- Conduct outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn to generate interest and secure meetings.

- Present our brand and products to potential retail partners, highlighting our unique value.

- Track and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and sales performance.

- Collaborate with the team to share insights from the market and improve outreach strategies.

- Ensure accurate and timely updates of all activities in the CRM.

Qualifications

- Proven sales experience (minimum 2–3 years), ideally in retail or consumer brands.

- Strong track record of managing the full sales cycle from lead to close.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and results-driven mindset.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to deliver under tight timelines.

- Fluency in Portuguese (English or Spanish is a plus).

- Comfortable working in a temporary, project-based role with clear performance goals.

Contract Details

- Duration: 2 months (with the possibility of extension based on results).

- Type: Temporary / Project-based.

- Start date: Immediate.
