We are seeking an amazing Email Marketing Specialists to develop, implement and update marketing campaigns.

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Responsibilities:
Lead email marketing strategy and execution
Manage client email activities, including lifecycle, engagement, and promotions
Develop engaging email flows for different industries
Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to create campaign messaging and newsletters
Segment audiences for better engagement and results
Utilize email automation software for campaign optimization
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Optimize lead nurturing workflows
Conduct A/B testing to improve email KPIs
Establish a reporting framework for data-driven recommendations
Ensure compliance with industry policies and best practices
Support marketing campaigns with email and landing page creation
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant email marketing experience
Proven experience working in one or more marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Marketo, Dynamics365)
Experience managing marketing automation programs and email deployments
Extreme attention to detail in testing and quality assurance
Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
Familiarity with updating and manipulating HTML and VML for emails
Has a strong understanding of international email compliance laws and how they tie to marketing automation best practices
Ability to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks)
