We are seeking an amazing Email Marketing Specialists to develop, implement and update marketing campaigns.

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Responsibilities:

- Lead email marketing strategy and execution
- Manage client email activities, including lifecycle, engagement, and promotions
- Develop engaging email flows for different industries
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to create campaign messaging and newsletters
- Segment audiences for better engagement and results
- Utilize email automation software for campaign optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Optimize lead nurturing workflows
- Conduct A/B testing to improve email KPIs
- Establish a reporting framework for data-driven recommendations
- Ensure compliance with industry policies and best practices
- Support marketing campaigns with email and landing page creation

Requirements:

- 5+ years of relevant email marketing experience
- Proven experience working in one or more marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Dynamics365)
- Experience managing marketing automation programs and email deployments
- Extreme attention to detail in testing and quality assurance
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
- Familiarity with updating and manipulating HTML and VML for emails
- Has a strong understanding of international email compliance laws and how they tie to marketing automation best practices
- Ability to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks)
