What we offer you
You'll have the unique opportunity to be a key driver of our exponential growth curve. In your daily work, you will work directly with our Founder and senior teams. Sunny Lisbon will be your home base, but you'll travel between our four markets (Portugal, Denmark, Belgium and Greece)
Responsibilities
You will be accountable for your own projects and will be responsible for driving results across various ventures and initiatives. Your responsibilities in this job will evolve and be defined and redefined throughout your time with us. The aim is to take ownership of and drive the development of progressively larger opportunities.
Qualifications
- Have a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess a track record of successfully owning projects from conception to completion
- Possess an unwavering drive and desire to be the very best at what they do
- Are passionate about making an impact and driving tangible results
- Exude a strong work ethic fueled by an urgency to progress
- Embrace ownership and proactively follow through on commitments
- Possess an insatiable curiosity about business, data, and people, relishing the opportunity to build and nurture relationships that fuel lasting success
- Master communication, wielding words with impact both verbally and in writing
- Showcase unrivalled organisational skills, skillfully structuring and prioritising their work to achieve maximum efficiency
- Native proficiency in either Portuguese or Danish and fluent in English
- EU work permit is required

Flexible start date. This role is full-time onsite at our Lisbon office.
