Customer Service Representative (Dutch-Speaking)

This is an exceptional opportunity for a customer-focused professional to join a leading global support team in the vibrant city of Lisbon, Portugal. We are seeking talented individuals fluent in Dutch and English to deliver world-class customer service across diverse industries, including technology, e-commerce, and specialized consulting. Responsibilities

- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate, valid, and complete information.

- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products, services, and policies.

- Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.

Requirements

- Mandatory Language Skills: Full professional fluency in Dutch (C2 level) and professional working proficiency in English (B2 level).

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor/’s degree is a plus.

- Experience: Previous experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, or a related client-facing role is highly desirable.

- Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Working Conditions & Compensation

- Contract: Full-time (40 hours/week).

- Work Schedule: Shifts may vary, including potential evening or weekend work, depending on the client project. Specific working hours will be discussed during the interview process.
