The Role

At Nutrium, we believe nutrition should be at the core of employee well-being, but most companies have yet to realize that.

Your role? Change that

We need to find companies already thinking about nutrition and influence the rest to prioritize it. As a Business Development Representative, you must test, refine, and scale the best channels to bring volume and predictability to our outreach.

Also, beyond direct sales, you'll help develop partnerships and indirect channels that open even more doors.

You'll leverage market research, sales performance insights, and automation to refine our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, enhance lead generation, and identify new revenue opportunities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll optimize prospecting, pipeline efficiency, and conversion rates using data-driven insights.

This is a role for someone who thrives on experimentation, resilience, and creativity - someone ready to push boundaries and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive outbound sales efforts for large enterprises across multiple geographies;
2. Build and nurture relationships with key partners, including brokers and indirect sales channels, in various markets;
3. Develop and deliver compelling proposals tailored to enterprise clients and partners;
4. Conduct market research and sales analysis to shape go-to-market (GTM) strategies, engagement campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives;
5. Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities by analyzing customer behavior and market trends;
6. Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to enhance prospecting, optimize pipeline efficiency, and improve conversion rates;
7. Support the development and refinement of business growth strategies using data-driven insights.

Who You Are:

1. Hands-on experience in outbound sales;
2. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (additional languages are a plus);
3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable sales strategies;
4. Familiarity with AI tools, CRM platforms, and data enrichment tools;
5. Ability to drive process improvements and work cross-functionally within the organization;
6. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
7. A strong and engaging communicator;
8. Willingness to progress in a Sales vertical career (SDR, AE, …).
